Meet the hosts
Arun is one of the UK’s most senior financial services professionals. Having started his career in a boutique wealth management firm concentrating on Ultra-High Net Worth families, he has run his own business via a partnership with a national firm for the last 7 years.
Arun and his team continue to advise the UHNW market, as well as PAYE earners and contractors – both inside and outside IR35. He has a particular specialist in pensions and inheritance tax planning, and regularly provides training in tax mitigation to the accountancy and legal sectors.
Mike is a well-respected Financial Adviser who has worked in the contractor and director sectors since 1987. He joined Broadbench in the spring of 2013, with a goal to deliver uncommon ideas to directors and entrepreneurs, ultimately saving them tax and protecting their most important assets.
Mike specialises in assisting small to mid-sized organisations to mitigate risks by implementing tools like partnership/shareholder agreements, key person protection, and proper succession planning.
