Given the current economic uncertainty, it seems that businesses are hoping to retain their current teams by investing in learning and development, with data showing that job posts for training supervisors grew by +374% (or 4.7x) between April 1 and June 30, 2022.

Frontline workers continue to see strong spikes in hiring demand, particularly for logistics roles like distribution specialists and delivery drivers. This will be partially driven by increasing popularity of delivery services, combined with difficulties in hiring and retaining this workforce.
