John Bell is a chartered accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner. On gaining his insolvency licence, he founded Clarke Bell in 1994. Since then, the Manchester-based firm has helped thousands of directors to liquidate their company – both solvent and insolvent companies.

John graduated with BA (Hons) from Liverpool’s John Moores University in 1986 before moving to London, where he worked for Grant Thornton and Smith & Williamson and gained his qualification as a Chartered Accountant.
